1.1 This Subscription and Auto-Renewal Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“User”) and Blue Planet Joy Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies to the recurring monthly subscription and auto-renewal services offered within our games (“Service”).
1.2 Before purchasing or using the Service, please read this Agreement carefully and ensure that you understand its terms, particularly those relating to automatic renewal, recurring charges, subscription cancellation, and refunds. By activating or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable subscription terms. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not activate or continue using the Service.
1.3 The Service is also subject to the applicable game user agreement, privacy policy, in-game product descriptions, and the rules of the relevant app store or payment platform. Matters not expressly addressed in this Agreement shall be governed by the applicable documents and laws.
1.4 We may reasonably update this Agreement due to business operations, technical improvements, changes in applicable laws, or platform policies. Where changes may materially affect your rights, we will provide appropriate notice in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements. The effective date and implementation of such changes shall be determined in accordance with the applicable laws and platform rules.
2.1 Description of the Service
The Service allows Users who purchase designated recurring monthly subscription products within our games to enjoy the corresponding in-game benefits during the applicable subscription period and authorizes the relevant app store or payment platform to process recurring charges in accordance with its auto-renewal rules.
The specific benefits, rewards, and features available under each subscription product shall be as described on the relevant in-game subscription purchase page.
2.2 Subscription Period
The billing period for the recurring monthly subscription is one month. The actual start and end dates, billing dates, and renewal arrangements shall be determined by the information displayed on the purchase confirmation page and the rules of the relevant app store or payment platform.
2.3 Subscription Benefits
During an active subscription period, Users may enjoy the benefits specified for the relevant subscription product. The distribution schedule, claiming methods, validity periods, and usage rules for daily rewards, virtual currency, in-game items, or other exclusive benefits shall be subject to the applicable in-game descriptions.
Unless otherwise specified in the product description or required by applicable law, subscription benefits are intended for use within the relevant game and may not be sold, transferred, rented, or exchanged for cash without authorization.
3.1 Authorization for Automatic Renewal
By activating a recurring monthly subscription, you authorize the relevant app store or payment platform used for the purchase to process charges for subsequent subscription periods in accordance with the subscription price, billing period, and renewal terms clearly displayed on the purchase page.
3.2 Renewal Timing
As the current subscription period approaches its end, the relevant app store or payment platform will initiate the renewal process in accordance with its applicable rules. The exact charging time, renewal procedure, and authorization requirements are subject to the rules of the relevant platform.
3.3 Subscription Price
The applicable subscription price shall be the price presented at the time of purchase or renewal, as applicable under the relevant platform's rules. If the subscription price changes, we will provide any required notice or obtain any required confirmation in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.
3.4 Payment Method
You are responsible for ensuring that the app store account, payment method, and relevant payment account used for the subscription remain valid and in good standing. If a renewal fails due to insufficient funds, an invalid payment method, account restrictions, or other reasons, the subscription status and benefits will be handled in accordance with the relevant platform's rules.
3.5 Subscription Status
Due to processing times or synchronization mechanisms used by app stores and payment platforms, the subscription status displayed in the game may be delayed. The actual subscription status, renewal result, and cancellation status should be verified against the records provided by the relevant purchase platform.
4.1 Canceling Automatic Renewal
You may manage your subscription and cancel automatic renewal through the app store or payment platform used for the original purchase, following the cancellation procedures provided by that platform.
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
After automatic renewal is canceled, subsequent renewals will stop in accordance with the relevant platform's rules. Unless otherwise required by applicable laws or platform rules, cancellation generally does not immediately terminate benefits already paid for in the current subscription period. You may continue to enjoy the remaining benefits until the end of that period.
4.3 Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you should cancel within the time frame specified by the relevant purchase platform. Cancellation deadlines and effective times may vary between platforms. Please refer to the applicable platform instructions.
4.4 Uninstalling the Game Does Not Cancel a Subscription
Uninstalling the game, logging out of your game account, deleting the application, or ceasing to play does not necessarily cancel automatic renewal. You must cancel through the relevant app store or payment platform and verify that the cancellation has been completed.
4.5 Other Grounds for Termination
To the extent permitted by applicable laws and platform rules, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving serious violations of game rules, threats to account or system security, legal requirements, or other legitimate circumstances. Any affected subscription benefits will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules and circumstances.
5.1 Refund Requests
Refund eligibility, application procedures, and refund decisions shall be determined in accordance with the rules of the app store or payment platform used for the purchase and applicable laws.
5.2 Cancellation Is Different from a Refund
Canceling automatic renewal stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund subscription fees already paid. If you wish to request a refund, you must follow the refund procedure provided by the relevant purchase platform.
5.3 Refund Principles
Subscription fees for services that have been successfully activated or made available are not automatically refundable, except where required by applicable laws or platform rules, or where we determine that a refund is appropriate under the circumstances. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any refund rights you may have under applicable laws.
5.4 Abnormal Transactions
If you experience duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, successful payment without receiving the corresponding subscription benefits, or other payment irregularities, you may contact the relevant app store, payment platform, or our customer support team for investigation. You may be asked to provide the necessary transaction details.
5.5 Treatment of Benefits Following a Refund
If a subscription transaction is refunded or reversed, we may adjust the relevant subscription status and associated benefits based on the transaction result provided by the platform, applicable laws, and the game's rules.
6.1 To maintain the proper operation of the game and the Service, we may temporarily interrupt certain services for server maintenance, technical upgrades, troubleshooting, security measures, or other reasonable purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize any impact on Users and, where necessary, address related issues in accordance with applicable requirements.
6.2 All intellectual property associated with the Service, including game content, software, trademarks, images, text, programs, and other materials, belongs to us or the relevant rights holders. Users may use such materials only as authorized by us and permitted under the applicable rules.
6.3 You must not, without authorization, copy, modify, circumvent, reverse engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the Service or its security mechanisms. You must not use technical means to unlawfully modify subscription content, service periods, transaction amounts, or transaction status.
7.1 You must comply with applicable laws, this Agreement, the game's user agreement, and relevant platform rules. You must not obtain subscription benefits through fraud, unauthorized programs, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or other improper means.
7.2 You must not rent, sell, transfer, share, or otherwise make subscription services available to third parties without authorization, unless expressly permitted by the applicable product terms.
7.3 If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in fraudulent transactions, unlawfully obtained subscription benefits, compromised system security, or otherwise violated applicable rules, we may take necessary investigative, restrictive, or termination measures to the extent permitted by applicable laws and platform rules.
7.4 If your misconduct causes losses to us or a third party, any resulting liability shall be determined in accordance with applicable laws and the circumstances of the case.
8.1 To provide, manage, and maintain the Service, we may process necessary account information, subscription status, transaction records, and other relevant service information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
8.2 We will take appropriate measures to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details concerning the collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal information, as well as your related rights.
8.3 If you have questions regarding the processing of your personal information, you may contact us through our official customer support channels.
9.1 This Agreement takes effect when you accept it or activate the Service in accordance with the applicable rules. It remains applicable while you use the Service, until the Service or this Agreement is terminated in accordance with the applicable requirements.
9.2 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
9.3 This Agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from the Service should first be resolved through good-faith discussions between the parties. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the dispute resolution procedures required by the relevant platform rules.
9.4 If this Agreement conflicts with applicable laws or mandatory app store requirements, the applicable laws and mandatory requirements shall prevail.
